The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the overall management and implementation our Human Resource Information Systems. This includes software implementations, upgrades, service packs, application changes, and support, for all HR Kronos related applications including, Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, HR, Payroll, and Mobile Application.  The position will assist in the automation of HR activities and process improvement through the use of our HRIS system and will be responsible for all system administration, implementing new features and functionality, testing system changes, report writing, security access, and troubleshooting. The position will also play a key role in creating training materials, training users, assisting end users on an ongoing basis, and communicating related HRIS information.

  • Education / Certification
    • Associate Degree required.
  • Experience
  • Three to five years of experience with HRIS related software applications, a working knowledge of computer and network operations and an understanding of system and data flow.
  • Kronos Experience Preferred
  • Project management experience helpful
